Asset License Terms: Inbibo ‘Agora Beta’ Asset

Purpose of this Asset

The Inbibo ‘Agora Beta character’ asset is a downloadable Adonis asset that you can use for educational and evaluation purposes, including publishing your own demos and guides to AdonisFX. You are also free to use the underlying AdonisFX setup for commercial production purposes, such as a starting point for setting up your own characters. 

Asset Parts

The Character: the Agora Beta model and animation rig - everything included in the original Agora asset (found here), including its geometry, textures, materials, and any associated artwork. This is the restricted part, please see the rules below.

The AdonisFX Setup: the simulation configuration, rig, deformer networks, solver settings, and associated AdonisFX workflows. You’re free to study, reuse, adapt, and repurpose the AdonisFX setup in your own projects, including commercial production work. 

Animation: ‘animation’ specifically refers to only the transformations of the joints and does not include geometry caches resulting from applying animation to The Character. You are free to study, reuse, adapt, and repurpose the Animation in your own projects, including commercial production work

The terms below apply to the Character only. Your use of AdonisFX itself is governed by the AdonisFX EULA.

Attribution

When you use the Character in any public-facing content, you must include:

“Original Beta character from Agora.community"

The video description, credits section, or README file are all fine places for this.

Ownership

The Character remains the property of Agora.community. You’re granted a license to use it under their terms, found here. Any original work you add to a derivative is yours, but that doesn’t expand your rights to the underlying Character.

The legal part

This asset is provided “as is” without any warranties. Inbibo, Ltd. and the creators aren’t liable for any issues arising from your use of it. If you breach these terms, your license ends immediately and you must delete all copies. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
