¶Requirements
Shift distributions ship with a packaged Python (version 3.10) interpreter. In order to run it using a different interpreter, the following requirements must be satisfied:

- OS: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher, Linux CentOS 7+ (64-bit)*, Linux Rocky 9+ (64-bit)*
- CPU: 64-bit Intel or AMD multi-core processor.
- RAM: 256MB suggested.
- Storage: at least 1.5GB of free disk space.
* Shift was tested and working on other Linux distributions, however they are not officially supported.
